Do I need a minimum order?
No. One shirt is a real order and gets the same care as sixty.
What file should I send?
Whatever you have. Vector art is ideal, a high-resolution PNG is great, and a photo off your phone is usually workable. If it will not hold up at print size we will tell you before you pay, not after.
Can I see it before you print it?
Always. We send a proof and wait for your yes. Changes at the proof stage are free — that is the whole point of proofing.
How fast is fast?
Order by 2:00 PM Central on a business day and most single-item orders press and ship the same day. Group orders ship together, usually within one to two business days.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Local pickup in Chicago can be arranged — just say so when you order.
